The Ethics Financial Privacy Policy describes how we protect and use your customer information. We believe that protecting your privacy is an integral part of the customer service we provide to you. This is the reason why we do not share customer information with outside parties who may wish to market their products to you.

5. Within the Ethics Financial departments, we share information so that we can work together to serve you.
We may disclose all of the information we collect, as described above, within our departments, including:
Our administrative and service units which, for example, service your accounts or prepare your account statements.
Ethics Financial which provide financial and other services. These include income tax departments, mortgage lenders, consumer lenders and insurance agencies. By law, information that helps us identify you or is derived from your transactions and experiences with us may be shared among the Ethics Financial departments (a) for purposes other than direct marketing, and (b) unless you instruct us otherwise, for direct marketing purposes. You can instruct us not to share other personal financial information about you with other Ethics Financial department. In addition, if you select that option, we will not share any information about you with our affiliates for direct marketing purposes. Indicate your preference by calling 1-888-434.1043 at any time.
6. Important contact information for current customers.
Please note that if you choose not to receive solicitations by direct mail or any other channel, you may continue to receive marketing information by mail about Ethics Financial products or services or receive survey calls. Marketing information may be included in regular account mailings and statements, when you visit us online.
Some state laws may impose additional restrictions on disclosure of information about customers for certain purposes in those states.
YOU HAVE CHOICES AT ETHICS FINANCIAL
Ethics Financial does not sell customer information or share it with outside third parties who may wish to market their products to you. We will protect your privacy automatically.
We may share information about you within the Ethics Financial departments. However, you may instruct us not to share certain personal financial information as described in section 5 by calling 1-888-434-1043. You may notify us of your preference at any time.
If you are satisfied with the current level of information you receive from Ethics Financial, you do not need to change your solicitation preference at this time. If you choose not to hear from us, you may not be notified about new services at Ethics Financial that may benefit you. You may always change your instructions at any time in the future by calling 1-888-434.1043. If you choose to express a privacy preference (information sharing or solicitation preference), it will remain in effect as long as you are a customer.
If you have already recorded your privacy preferences with us, there is no need to do so again.
Your preference will apply to all consumer accounts linked to your Social Security Number. For joint accounts, any account holder may express a privacy preference on behalf of the other joint account holders.
This document applies to consumers who have, or have had, a customer relationship with or have made an inquiry or application to one or more of the Ethics Financial departments with “Ethics Financial” in their names, as well as: Ethics Financial Mortgage, DBA; Ethics Financial Income Tax, DBA; Ethics Accounting & Financial Services,LLP; Ethics Financial Insurance, DBA.
The policies and practices described in this disclosure are subject to change, but we will communicate any significant changes to you as required by applicable law. The policies and practices described in this disclosure replace all previous notices or statements regarding this subject.
This policy is effective as of January 1, 2008.
